The profile

An exact profile of the requirements for the position – specifically corresponding to your needs and preferences – establishes the criteria to be used to evaluate the candidate.

The profile contains a description of your company (products or services, clientele, corporate philosophy), specialist knowledge requirements the future candidate must possess (the reporting structure of the group, responsibilities, description of the position, etc.)and personal characteristics the candidate should exhibit. When all is said and done, the pieces of the puzzle must fit together.
